Let’s get one thing clear right off the bat

Yoga is for everyone

It is not just for the flexible & the calm-minded. It’s for the overworked & the stressed out. It’s for the chronically ill & the power-lifters. It’s for the young & the wise.

Ya know what, let’s get even more controversial up in here…It’s also not just about the shapes you can make with your body.

I know, I know, this is wild and totally counter to what you’ve probably been told by society. Stick with me, I’ll prove it.

Alright. Now that we’ve got that covered and you know that you are indeed in the right place. Let’s talk about what I do for you and why should you care.

I offer accessible yoga classes for the over worked, the chronically ill, the people of all ages and walks of life. I offer the opportunity to move mindfully, in a way that feels good. I provide the container for you to show up exactly as you are that day and work through hard things on the mat.

So maybe, the hard things that we face off the mat, will be a little less hard.
